AngryNerds100 It was made by an Austrian watchmaker in the early 1900s. It was made until WW1 and stopped to save metal for war efforts. It was never issued by any army.

This is the first weapon you get when starting medic and even after I unlocked all the medic weapons I found myself coming back to the Ragotti because its very effective, I especially like the optic variant.

I'd like to see an episode about the Selbstlader m1906. Since it was a prototype weapon like the Cei Rigotti and the Hellriegel, one can only speculate about it. Aesthetically, it's essentially what you'd get if an M1 Garand and a Luger made a baby, which I think is awesome. I still use it a decent amount in game, even if it's not the best medic weapon.

5:15 that's true but it's important to note that the desire for a carbine was only for non-frontline troops (Artillery, engineers etc) who wouldn't see much combat with guns and cavalry, who needed to have something they could dismount and shoot with but was light. Most other rifles were long as , as the French proved in the early part of 1914, armies still wanted to rifles to be long enough to fire over the shoulder of the man in front. Rifles were designed before WW1 to a more napoleonic standard than WW2 standard, when shorter rifles came in

I'd love to see the Remington Model 8, or Autoloading 8, as it is called in game. A few points of interest would be its unique action, use by the FBI most notably as one of the weapons used in the ambush of Bonny and Clyde, the 15 round detachable magazine variant that makes an appearance in game, and of course it limited use in WWI. This series kicks ass so keep it up!

The Colt 1911 and it's development would make a great video if you start with its predecessors and work your way up to the 1911 seen in-game. Also the Springfield 1903 would be cool given that it is a Mauser clone and had very interesting history and use prior to WW1.
