Just my opinion... Unfortunately, the problem IS the battens and the mobile home look. I own a mobile home and I'm trying to get rid of all that 1970s stuff, and make it more like a real home. The color looks great though.

I haven't ever been a fan of any minty green anywhere - probably due to me being so pale that it makes me appear sickly. But I admit Eevee and Doug's color selection has altered my thinking. I actually purchased Spearmint tea bags and ordered minty green beads to make some fun jewelry for a client. The trim, paint and caulk is making such a huge difference in your investment property. Such attention to detail has a huge impact! Doing less would be similar to getting dressed for a special occasion (the Shen Yun performance is a good example), but neglecting to shower, brush your teeth and comb your hair. The investment property is looking grand! Having a place to stay while working on your home will be priceless! And of course v-e-r-y deserved! (It might sound strange but I always look forward to Eevee's musiic selections. In the 1960s I went through a stage where I was fascinated by Silent Movies. The music selection played a pivotal role in the movies. Almost all of Eevee's music selections trigger sweet memories. As always, well done Eevee!)

I generally enjoy watching whatever you are doing but sometimes you make it even more entertaining with the music and the time-lapse video. Today it was hard to see the white-on-white as you said but I kind of felt like I was watching an opera or a ballet and it was greatly choreographed. We can see the white-on-white just fine - with new shadows and the change s at the edges of the walls. Great job as always. I had a thought while looking at the lovely ceiling lamp: you could paint over the cord and hide it when you paint the ceiling.

First of all I would like to say that I love the music you picked for this video!❤ As you were cutting the 16' board it was similar to watching a clown magician, pulling out an endless handkerchief, or watching several people exit a tiny car. Except that this was fun, and entertaining, unlike clowns and magicians. It reminded me of the feeling you get while watching an old whimsical, Italian movie.😊 I love old Italian movies! The ceiling looks much better! At one point the sunlight was so bright it almost blinded you from being able to see. But it didn't last long. For the most part you could see it clearly. It looks very nice! But I do feel dread for you guys, knowing all the cutting and measuring you have left to do to finish the entire ceiling. Just keep looking at the ceiling in the bedroom and focus on how good the rest will look when it's all done that way. Nice work! I'll see you guys in the next video!
