Dear Sir, Presently in India more than 38 lakhs cheque bounce case are going on. Every person having own mind set and also they misusing court time and Loop, every time, not appear, fake address, notice not receipt, infront of ladies and aged person standing, eventhough they in the house, stating that person not available, and also taking consult with their friends, in some cases, they produced fake doctor certificate also, ie, not, low BP, heart problems, eventhough warrant issued from the court, during that time, they given some amount to police and escape and the person express as if i am not, since warrant doesn't have any photos or identity. Only name and address is contained. They found lot of ways to escape from that situation. Now a days so many people lost their lives and their family living without any finance support ultimately they also lost their lives, such like that so many issues will see in court. Further, unnecessary goes appeal from lower court to dist. Court, then High court, finally Supreme court also. Till such time the amount payer life is closed. This is our present situation and example.
