I LOVE this box! One question though...I used to be able to go to the project details and be able to print out the instructions. I didn't see a print button this time. Has that changed or am I accessing it wrong? UPDATE: Printed the email which is fine. I just made THREE of these to give to my grandkids tomorrow. First time seeing them in months! Thanks for the neat idea!

Hi Robin! I updated my blog awhile ago, which removed the print button. I just added a print option today, but still playing around with it. Someday I’ll start creating PDFs - need to find more hours in the day 😉

9/16" is between 1/2" and 5/8". You'll need a tool or ruler that has 16th inch increments.

I am just getting into papercrafting. When I see videos it seems like people score the “good” side of the paper. Is there a rhyme or reason for scoring on one side but folding in the other direction? It seems like, for example, if you have a pretty or patterned side of the paper you should score it with that side facing down on the scoring board but I see people do it the other way. I hope my question makes sense!

Hi Sandi! When scoring, you score on the side of the paper you want showing outside. So when you score, it creates a valley line. You then want to turn the valley score line into a mountain fold. So, you fold in the opposite direction. It gives your fold a cleaner, sharper line. Hope that helps!

Yeah, it's opposite of the way you think it should go! Scoring on the "right" side trains the paper fibers to bend the way you want them to go when you fold it the opposite way. It gives it a cleaner finish!
