It's a song where the leader has to DRIIVEEEE-- which is a churchy term for carry the song in the direction it needs to go. Some time ago one of my mentors said to me: Daethan what are you saying? Ofcourse you can SING but it has to be some word in it; you need to get in your word! Talk about immediately convicted... sheesh. He showed NO MERCY! Not that I wasn't in it --- ok at the time I wasn't but what he was alluding to is incorporating the word into the song; which is a challenge, which is why I get so nervous on these lead drive heavy songs. But GOD😩🙌🏾, graced me to make it through, Hallelujah😅
