Can you expand more on the stage drills? How does that look practically? Is there a lot of people involved? How much time do you spend doing it( example like 10 minutes)? Is it a weekly thing is it a monthly thing? Is there a point when you stop and at what point do you stop? Does any part of it ever fluctuate and change in a significant way? And how do you cultivate a healthy environment for it? 😅

The stage drills happens at each campus once a week. Each of the leaders (7-10 people) will go up on stage and practice speaking in front on everyone. The campus leader will be the one determining the topic for the day (examples are: make an announcement about baptism, encourage a person going through this specific situation, etc.). Each person will be giving the same amount of time (1-3 mins) and after the entire team gives (kind, effective, meaningful) feedback. The person will be standing on stage and listening. Then, they get to go again and apply the feedback.
