The Girl Scouts Beyond Bars (GSBB) Program has been in continuous operation since November 1992. Although Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, along with councils throughout the country, lost funding on a national level, we have been committed to maintaining a supportive environment for girls who are struggling to deal with their mothers’ imprisonment.
