Can’t believe it’s been 70 years since the Today show started. In the Fargo area, when WDAY-TV signed on the air in 1953, they were an NBC affiliate up until August 1983, then WDAY (which was NBC) and KTHI (now KVLY used to be ABC), it was August 1983 is when WDAY did an affiliate switch with KTHI (now KVLY) and since then WDAY has been ABC, KVLY has been NBC, KXJB has been CBS, and KVRR has been FOX since then… congratulations on the 70 years Today Show

As a fan of Matt Lauer and a devoted today show watcher for decades I am extremely disappointed at the highly limited inclusion of Matt in your 70th anniversary video. Matt was a major influence on Today and you can’t erase or ignore his contributions over the years regardless of what he was accused of. It’s sad that he is barely recognized compared to Savannah who is in my opinion weak at best by comparison.
