Everything is so pretty and cute - both the merch and the mascots walking around. It seems like fun to interact with the mascots, too! The food looks good and it's making me hungry just looking at them. And the lights at the end are really pretty!

"Eating Santa's butt last year, remember that?" I don't think I want to! 😂And as much as I don't need a phone stand, let alone a Minion one, I have to say it is adorable in that winter gear. Also, -50 where you're from? The coldest permanently inhabited place is Oymyakon in Siberia, and they recorded their lowest temperature of -67.7 Celsius back in 1933. Looking at these temps, as cold as New York gets, the temperatures here I've taken for granted but now I'm especially grateful. You are made of steel.

We were at USJ around a month ago. There was a child in the Jurassic Park store and his nose was running. His mother grabbed one of the display towels and wiped all of the snot and tears from his face, wiped the towel all over his hair, then hung it back up. In my multiple trips to Japan, I've never witnessed something so weird.

That's interesting that Peanuts is at Universal Japan. Where I'm originally from, which is California, the Peanuts gang is only at Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. A small dedicated kids section is all Peanuts theme, including a stage performing area. Most everything else is all adult theme. Just surprised to see the gang in other parks.

Cedar Faire (which bought Knotts) owns the franchising rights for peanuts in the US. You can find them at Cedar Pointe and Kings Island in Ohio!

If you don't have tickets yet, I would see what tickets you're able to get and go from there. It'll be busy either way, so get there early (1.5 hours before park opening time).
