Great video, merry Christmas 🎉... My go to Christmas game is none other than, James Pond 2: Codename: RoboCod. I played this as a young kid and was mesmerised by the theme. Whilst not the greatest, i cant fight the nostalgia. 🎉

I never had the original game for my Saturn back in the day ,just the Christmas version and i loved it . Think it was free with on of those great 90s magazines. Love that you get to play in the PS3/360 remaster versions

For the time that I had my Sega Saturn (5 years), I’ve always played this demo during Christmas. Unfortunately, thanks to my obsession with Trade-in game and consoles, I’ve regretted exchanging my Saturn Collection. This year, to save me from tears, I gave emulation a try, and managed to recover my collection from way back then. And this demo was on my top three wish list.

Love the Star Wars Christmas sweater. I love Nights be it the original or this Christmas one. I cannot play it with the regular controller. My hand starts to cramp up almost instantly. The 3D Controller is the only way I can play this.

I have both my OG North American Nights & the JP Christmas Nights. I probably would have at least played a level of Xmas Nights today if I didn't pack up the Saturn I had hooked up a few months back. The only festive gaming I did this year was a round of Elite Dangerous with my xmas string lights in the cockpit. I think I recall Christmas Nights also changing it's theme appropriately for other holidays as well, like maybe Valentines Day or Halloween. I could have also sworn that it was not the full game in that version but I could definitely be mistaken. The 3D Controllers are weird, I've got a couple of em both NA & JP. You can clearly see where they took the inspiration for the Dreamcast controllers from. If I'm being honest I kind of prefer the regular NA angular 6 button controller over the JP 6 button. I've also got a BrawlerGen I think it's called, it's nice but doesn't feel right on either the Saturn or Genesis. I'd rather suck it up on the original hardware. And a Merry Christmas to you.

It's a one level (and one boss) demo. The girl's level is like the original, the boy's is a different and new route as he never went in that level in the original NiGHTS. It also has various unlockables and extras on top and obviously it's Christmasy no matter when you play it, but it adds even more extra Christmas flair when you play it on THE day (new effects and decorations). Still, you stated twice that it's the same game with a new skin and that's false, it's a fun demo and/or bonus that was given out for free (whether by a magazine or the purchase of another game or whatever condition per region). Folks looking to get a Saturn collection should not be misled, you get the original if you want the full game and this as a fun stand alone demo with its own unique Christmasy spin.
