I know how you feel, I had a failed Double bypass, now lost my left kidney, my right kidney is at CKD Lev4, they Won't Fix my bypass because I'll need Emediate Dyalisis, I can risk it that decision has been left up to me, I'm now however getting no blood to white parts of my brain: I've recently came across two people's video's, I love them both!
