I just finished a long comment about how you could possibly heal your neck issue yourself. There were already about 49 comments ahead of mine. It was pretty long, so I decided to share one more important message for you here. 🙏 The blue light shining through the monitors of phones and computers is extremely dangerous to the eyes. You may want to study this because I personally have not studied it at length. I just happened to have learned that if we don't use protective eyeglasses to block that blue light, it can eventually cause macular degeneration. I believe you wear glasses when at your computer if my memory is correct. Maybe you already have it built into your prescription lens...hope so...but, if not, it's an inexpensive upgrade, and well worth any price when it comes to your health. Thank you for your many videos, Eugenia. I think I can speak for all your viewers how much we appreciate you. I love your precious fur babies! 💖 I'm saddened to hear of your loss, but very happy you're on the mend. Consolation comes when we acknowledge God knows best. Eugenia I have the same neck/pillow difficulties and like you I have tried many pillow options. It is a very subjective problem but I have recently found that a combination of a McKenzie cervical roll, for neck support, and a box pillow for head support incredibly helpful. You are right about the head weighing down the pillow but the roll maintains neck support which is why the combination works. I hope your new pillow helps you.

Happy Birthday Eugenia. I too this weekend put my summer clothes away and brought out my winter clothes. I live in a small space with one large closet and a small closet for coats and cleaning things, like ironing board etc. So do love your boxes you have for your clothing that you rolled. Look into trigger point release. I used to have bad headaches at the base of my skull, and my body therapist did tpr on and around my shoulder blades, which eliminated the pain completely.

Happy Birthday!🎂 I know what you mean about having a comfortable sleep. What helped me when we bought an adjustable bed by taking the pressure off my neck. When we purchase our new home, we'll be getting the sleep number adjustable bed because I like my head up higher than my husband.

For a better comfort of a sleep I highly recommend you to try FUTON bed Eugenia :) I've had the same neck problem as you for years and besides finding pillows with natural grains inside, I bought a futon mattress that basically saved my back. It's a japanese styled handmade thing :) (The first two weeks can be difficult to adjust to it tho, those mattresses are harder than european ones)

Happy Birthday Dear Eugenia! This video was interesting because you spoke about certain issues that I also have been suffering from, the continuous neck pain and sleep quality. This year I made some changes in my routines and my sleep has improved significantly. I`m very grateful for that. In my week I have 3 office days where I sit at the computer, which totally destroys my neck and shoulder. On Xray, everything looks ok, but the pain is present. It`s frustrating because doctors just give you pain killers and anti infamatories. When I work at the farm the body doesn`t complain from the neck :) Guess the office work is not the best for me :), but I still have to do it :). Nevertheless, we have to listen to our body messages and always try to take them in consideration. Big kiss, and curious about that pillow. Let us know if it is working for you!
