I play at a Presbyterian church in Toronto, Ontario and this last Tuesday evening I was in the kitchen chopping up lots of fruit for a fruit salad to be served on the plate along with pancakes and sausages for the annual Pancake Supper.... It happens everywhere'. :)

Joel, if you have any plastic bags.....especially dry cleaner CLEAR bags, just water your plants and pull the bags down over your plant. They will last for well over two weeks. We do it all the time when we go on lengthy cruises/vacations.

Definitely sharing this video with my husband. He's been curious about this Osmo Pocket camera for work (he makes training videos for pilots at an airline). I think the video and sound quality are really good. The tracking feature is cool, but sometimes makes me motion sick to watch. If you're going to sit in one spot, just having it stable is probably best, but tracking you in a room is very cool!! Have fun on your trip! ☺️

Joel, your vlogs are always interesting and this was no exception. All the intriguing bits, where do I start. Thank you again so much for taking us along each week. I'm in USA and only ever hear folks call it Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday and didn't know it was the same as pancake day I've heard others celebrate, mostly cuz I've never participated, as it's usually associated with the heavy drinking party vibes in the evening before lent begins. Your camera introduction was so good I wanted to go buy one and I don't video anything really. Axe throwing, your plants, packing bits, and your spaces and the downtown area are great. Oh, and the wide angle lens would be great for your outdoor shots when you go for walks in nature or when you've got the whole family together. Happy safe travels today, I think. Enjoy the FL and don't feel obligated to do the vlogs in real time. It's cool, but not worth your being present for your Vaca.

I went to the Flat Iron near King's Cross. Excellent steak, but I don't remember if they had chicken or fish. We were there for the steak. I definitely prefer the wide-angle lens on the new camera; it creates a comfortable distance, even when you're holding it.

It was so great to see another vlog. Your channel is like catching up with my bestie British friend. Being American, I had never heard of the Shrove Tuesday celebration in the UK. I love pancakes and could eat them all day long. However, I'm very fussy about my pancakes. So, I only eat them when I make them myself at home. I like them hot, right out of the skillet, with a dab of butter that I swirl around the pancake with the butter knife so that it melts and coats the whole thing, then I add a splash of maple syrup, just enough to adorn the pancake not drown it, making and eating one pancake at a time. I love the new camera and think I may get one for my sisters and myself. That tracking feature is great. As always, it was a pleasure to see you and your adorable Keegan enjoying an axe-throwing date. I enjoyed your "sharp-witted" and "sharper-tongued" banter. I got a little triggered when I saw you produce the luggage for your trip to my country. I'm such a bad packer; I wind up taking every item I own and then stuff the suitcases to an outrageous capacity. I need someone to help me learn how to pack better for a trip, which is so stressful for me. Finally, I'll have to check out the Netflix show, One Day, that made you and Keegan so emotional. Shhhhh. Don't tell anyone else, but I watch, laugh, cheer, cry and cheer again with EVERY viewing of "Red, White & Royal Blue" on Amazon Prime, which is a gay romantic comedy that I've enjoyed watching at least 10 times by now. Joel, try tagliatelle or tagliolini which is the thin tagliatelle as spaghetti in Italy does not go with carbonara. Spaghetti carbonara is invented by Brits when all the pasta we could get was spaghetti. The same way when olive oil came to the uk, it was only sold in a chemist and sold to clean wax from ears.
