Celebrating Neuro-inclusive Social Work - Vinice Cowell - Dyslexia

With the backing of the SWU Campaign Fund, the Neurodigervent Social Workers Group has developed an employers’ pledge to celebrate neurodiversity in the profession. Alongside the pledge, we have created this series of short videos on different neurotypes.
In this video social worker Vinice Cowell discusses her dyslexia and its advantages and challenges regarding social work practice, especially when working in a fast paced environment.
