Thanks, yeah it did surprise me that I felt vulnerable but I think it was because it would have been 5 against 1.5 should anything have happened. Not a nice feeling 😕

I think it's important to give some love to the small parkruns and even do some volunteer tourism. These places often have a small pool of dedicated volunteers who relish the chance to have a week off. Love your work, ladies!

Thanks, we often find the smaller events the most enjoyable to visit! There's definitely something special about them. I think because you can properly chat to people there and get to know the team 🤗

Hey Nicola...I was away and having fun so fell behind on watching your recent videos. I had to watch the Poppy 200th first though. She just cracks me up! She reminds me so much of my step daughter when she was around Poppy's age. In her own world a little, with a little strut, and a cool attitude. (It's my 200th and I'll pick the rock!...and of course the sprint finishes). Anyway, thanks for bringing this cool run to us all. Looked like a great beach run. Good decision to wear shoes on that jellyfish course! Peace!
