Thankyou very much for this podcast. Constance Spry is a great friend. I have her cookery book and it is my go-to book for almost everything in cooking especially technique. She has a lovely and surprising recipe for flower frittes in this book and thanks to Constance we always use herbs for floral arrangements from the garden. We use old buckets and jugs for containers. These displays always garner compliments. Thanks once again.
