Next month should be great. Januarys been cold, so should be warmer plus places will have another month of recovery, I would think those beach parking lots that were closed, should be open then

both Frog Ponds N Reddington Bch and St Pete Bch will reopen, don't know when. I had mistakenly reported that the one on St Pete Beach was permanently closed but did hear recently they are going to reOpen too, don't know when.

Sweet Sage just reopened!! My Happy place is my favorite deli place to go My all time favorite is Aloha To Go!! Best food on the beach. BTW Great video

When you go to Sanibel please be sure to visit The Seashell Museum. Hopefully the bridge to the island is fixed to 100% & The Castaways Cottages are open. The island is mostly closed to visitors for 1 week in Aug annually as locals get ready for a new Season of tourism.

Right now I don't think so just because it is pretty much back to normal other than Pier 60 is closed. The structures on Clwtr BCH are mostly newer so they did pretty good

I hope and I wish fast recovery for all of them, me and some friends are traveling from Miami to Cape Coral and Tampa Bay we choose those locations to somehow spend the money with them and help them financially.

Great video. It must have taken you quite some time to put this together! PS, I live here. You got the FEMA flood insurance a bit wrong tho. Say your house is $1.2Mil. the land is $1 mil. If you had more than $100K in damage your over 50% and can't rebuild! Many people aren't going to take flood insurance anymore due to the 8 weeks to get approval and the crazy FEMA $ evaluations. Yes, the city of Treasure Island would love to get rid of the Mom and Pop Hotels in favor of higher tax paying chain hotels. They will slow roll the permits for the Mom and Pop hotels.
