Yea it is getting more expensive, I think theres still good deals in northern Pinellas. The big issue is really the Home Insurance and Auto Insurance rates have soared.

I like the puffy Wolfies that are playing around in the cold pool ha ha but I miss Florida if it works out next time I get a little bit extra money which I’m not far from I think Tampa Saint Pete’s my next destination and take a visit to my old stomping grounds from 1989 and beforeI have some old unfinished business or maybe I’m just trying to relive something that’s no longer. There is my home and always will be by the way I lost an air supply tape over there on a pier somewhere overlooking the skyway bridge in Saint Pete, I’m sure it’s well watered by now ha ha
