Am I crazy or does Celebrini already look way better than Bedard did in his rookie season?

It’s definitely debatable. Obviously hes only played 3 games but if you look at his overall game, it seems to be better structured than bedard’s at the start. Celebrini has had a couple good defensive takeaways, very few turnovers in the D zone but a couple. hes had the right idea with a lot of pass attempts and his vision is great, he just needs to execute a little better and maybe improve his foot speed a little bit. bedard in his rookie year was a point magnet but didn’t seem to have a good overall game. lots of ugly minuses and awkward moments on both ends of the ice. and when comparing the two you cant blame it entirely on the team he’s on, as macklin is on a potentially even worse san jose team. we’ll see how the rest of his season goes, but i can agree that he has looked like a little better hockey player, not just a goal scorer
