For Katy Perry, it’s not even about being poor, it’s about how needlessly expensive dentistry is. Like, if our teeth are so important, then make it more cost efficient to give a damn.

@purselmer5931
@purselmer5931 2 ай бұрын
Yes, b/c w/that theory, everything that's "so important" would be much cheaper. So, heart transplant surgery should be, at least, FREE by your logic. Maybe they should even pay the patient to have it done! LMAO, like there's no correlation b/t prices and how intricate the procedure is to do. Or how much schooling it takes to learn it, the technology required, etc. And I was very poor growing up and my single mom trudged us down to wherever we could go to get our teeth cleaned - like dental schools - that would do it for pennies or a few bucks now.

The Russell Brand interview was a master class on how to clap back while still keeping your eye on the prize. Promoting his movie. To be fair, they were treating him like a thing and not a person. I'm sure they are not, but they came off vapid as hell. The Samuel Jackson interview made me wish they could have called a break. A break that could be seamlessly edited. I think if you gave him 5 minutes to workshop his material, he could have come up with an epic comedy set. I mean, even live, he did great. But each time you could see the wheels just start turning, he'd get distracted.

Celebrities are a thing to the being they sold out to. They are considered a product to make as much money as possible. It is not about my opinion, because the whole system is sick and insane. Being part of mankind, we want to look at others with love and empathy. Being inhuman, they look at others as how they can use and exploit others, to them everyone is objectified and expendable. I didn't realize it because I didn't imagine being that way, now that I look at patterns and actions, I understand so I learn what we've been dealing with.

You know what really grinds my gears? In every single clip I've seen Tom Cruise, I always, ALWAYS, like him... and then I remember he's a scientologist and I almost can't even believe it because he seems like such a solid, intelligent, straight-forward, and FUNNY human-being. It's nuts that all of that is encompassed in a person who thinks he can pay his way to a higher plain of existence through a religion made up by a science-fiction author. This timeline ain't right, Bobby.

For the Katy Perry clip... What's so embarrassing about growing up poor? I guarantee you I grew up way poorer than Katy Perry did. What's so embarrassing about that? Why is it that poor people are looked down upon in our society? Why is that? Like poor people are lesser. Like poor people are lazy. Nothing could be further from the truth. Why is that embarrassing to say that you grew up poor? And you couldn't go to the dentist or doctors. Cuz that's the way I grew up
