I went to Kroger and then after that went to get water from one of those water stations which was just a couple yards away. I forgot to turn on my headlights and a cop pulled over just as I got out to get water and he told me me lights were off and I was like oh my bad I just left Kroger and turned them on, he said that's cool just makin sure you're good and left.

I looked it up it was blueface who did that to his kid. His son was in the pantry when there were strippers in the living room dancing and he was questioning his son about why he wasn’t out there, and asking him if he was gay. You can see the video online it’s disgusting I’m pretty sure I see a small child sitting on the couch in front of them dancing too.

I will never understand intoxicated driving. I've had drug addictions for multiple years across my lifetime, plus currently being a medical marijuana patient, and no matter how bad my usage has been, driving has basically determine my drug using schedule every time. There were so many times where I would drive to work so I could use in the parking lot or bathroom after driving so that I didn't drive under the influence (I have at least 3 times as many days where I've done that than days I've gone to work sober within my lifetime). My parents instilled within my brain at a very young age that intoxicated driving is bad, so it's been a very core value to me even during severe drug addiction.

Because BAC only somewhat correlates with intoxication. People can have a BAC over the limit and be sober if they're alcoholics (though if pulled over, they're almost certainly not good enough to drive), while there are still cases where people are below the legal limit and can still be charged because they are driving badly and failed the field sobriety test (and rightly so). Different people react differently to alcohol, and a breathalyzer is not a consistent way to determine driveability. These tests can be a better determiner of intoxication than BAC.

@@GogiRegionplus only way to be hooked up to the box down at the station u have to be arrested first and u obviously can’t unarrest someone 😂 the portable breath test they use in the field is inadmissible in court bc it’s not always accurate. That’s what the SFSTs r for, to gather evidence to solidify a conviction in court
