I think the first two judges are a bit bias toward Chef David Rocco! Due to Chef Nic famous in Asia! That's quite unfair to Chef David!

It's nothing to do with popularity. David is aware from the very beginning that presentation is one of the judging criteria and will bear weight in his overall score, yet he stubbornly chooses to ignore it each round and give up on those points

This is so unfair. It says East vs. West. But where is east. Only west vs David Rocco. Why bothered saying east vs west. Judge's are asian. Program is asian. All the people are Asian. Vs David rocco. Not even a single east person except David rocco.
