We have sailed numerous times withe celebrity. Up untill the pandemic, there was priority embarcation, as a captain club member we got a 1 level upgrade within concieege, c1 to c2 or c2 to c3. Like everything in the world, everything is getting less for the cost. No more priority boarding, no more complimentry upgrade. BTW. Pillow menu is by request via attendent. I would still use concierge, better shower, better shower gels etc, better position for cabins, robe, welcome sprkling wine, dedicated concierge staff for helping plan trips and general help.

The pros definitely seem to our way the cons for sure! It’s definitely nice that they have a pillow menu, but that mini bar seems to be overpriced in my opinion.

you can let the room attendant know that you would prefer fruit or pastry for the concierge "treats" those other discounts are for captain's club members not just because you were in a concierge. the only real reason to go concierge is for the location...you are higher on the ship

Regardless of the dining time at the time you book, you can always stop by the MDR and ask them if they can accommodate you at an earlier time. Most of the time they can. 😉

Absolutely! We haven’t ever ate this late, so we figured we would stick it out since it was only 4nights.

I’ve traveled on millennium in concierge and we are traveling on solstice this summer to Alaska on concierge again. I’m going to try for the bubbly this time! So I think it would be worth it if they would give you a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine every night if you asked for it. That’s a nice perk. I also like the private lunch. But the canopies are really not all that. Not at all! But since the cabin we wanted was an aft cabin because we love looking out the back of the ship, and that category was only concierge on our ship, that’s what we did. Thanks for going the extra mile and testing out the sparkling wine theory. 🥂🍾🥂😇 Cheers!

A tip regarding the canopies, my daughter is vegetarian so they gave us a cheese/fruit platter instead of the canopies. Loved the cheese plate.

Oh, 25% off WiFi? Haven’t seen that offered yet on the pre-cruise prices in the app. Believe it only shows 10 or 15%. We are also booked on a last minute Silhouette with a concierge room for next week. Was about to order the basic WiFi package ahead of time, but should we wait until we board instead for the better discount? Thanks in advance! Also nice to know the champagne isn’t limited to one bottle. Thanks for the room tour and all of the info. We are excited for our 10 day cruise!

Hi Sonya! We recommend heading down to guest service to make sure everything is rectified on your portfolio with the discounts. The app and online purchase just don’t seem to add up properly. Have fun on your cruise!

About to take a 5 day cruise on concierge in silhouette for my bday in April! I thought the sparkling wine was ONE bottle as a welcome gift, but just wanted to confirm what you guys said on the video, is one a day? Like the delectables on the evening? That would sound pretty nice!

We didn’t see any additional charges to our account for the bottles of champagne. We an additional bottles on our first sea-day and our port day at Cozumel.

Just finished a cruise on the Silhouette, concierge. You get one bottle of champagne. You let your room Steward when you want it. Can be any day. We drank half a bottle then left the room for a bit. When we returned the rest of the bottle had been removed, so be sure to drink it all or let your room steward know that you will be back. The best part of the concierge class for us were the special activities we were invited to. Such as, sail away from the heliport, and other special activities including a fun secret event. We didn’t attend them all, but really enjoyed those we did attend. Booked another Celebrity cruise and opted for Concierge again just for the extra events. Enjoy your cruise. Love the Silhouette. May do it again next year.
