Just returned from a 10 day cruise on the Summit and the entire ship was light, airy, and stunning. I can't wait for their other ships to be redesigned. We were in a regular balcony room midship on deck 7 which was exceptionally quiet. In comparison to the chair in your room, our loveseat was double the size of yours and could hold two people comfortably. From what I heard from others, when the ship was refurbished they added extra Aqua Class rooms, and in so doing that made the Aqua Class rooms smaller than they were before. I purchased two memberships to the Persian Gardens and was disappointed in that it was smaller than in the past, lacked windows, full heated lounge beds, and really didn't offer very much compared to the spas on other cruise lines. I hope that other Celebrity cruise ships are not designing their spas and Persian Gardens in the same way. All in all, we love the Celebrity line for food, entertainment, service, and their polite and attentive staff. Oh, and thanks to your video I never realized that the mirror lit up!

It is my understanding from speaking with staff that the cabin size did not change. More AquaClass cabins were added to area near the spa and therefore the spa was reconfigured. The Celebrity crew were great! Glad you had fun.

Thank you. That is exactly why I thought to make the videos. Before my trip I wanted to see the interior of a balcony cabin. Most promotional videos showed the suites which isn’t what most people book.
