I miss Guiding Light, it was canceled out on a last moment notice and so, the ending seemed to be wrapped up on a bit of rushed note. Too many story lines were left unfinished and completed. I wish in away they could go back and have sort of a different ending and those other story lines could be completed.

It was sadly all last minute, they said, soaps hadn’t been doing all that well at the time and they were going to take several off the air. They even took as the World Turns off, as The World Turns left without a ending. It also seemed the ending with Guiding Light was wrapped up in a rush. There were a lot of storylines that were left incomplete. I wish they would at least go back at least go back for a few weeks and complete those story lines and let us fans know where things would be with them currently. I think we fans of the show deserve that.

Considering Guiding Light started on radio in the 1930s and then TV in the 50s, you have hundreds of actors and actresses that from the show. Numerous famous people that started on GL and moved to prime time and the movies. But since the author of this bit had only one Bauer, the core family from very early on, and not many of the performers prior to the 90s and 2000s I don't think any critic of this is going to mean anything. He did the people he liked and very little work.
