On BGT** No one has mentioned that when Simon says.. (lol) ( but he first rolled his eyes when the 2 walked up!) & After they sing, He's like wow! HOLYSHIT! But he says.. "I think your holdin' Jonathan back & he almost cried then he says sorry Simon! we came here as a DUO! & we're staying as a DUO! BUT then back stage she says to him, I think you should just go without me. What a stand up young hearted woman ! A great human being! Brilliantly DONE! & Who doesn't agree with me!??

From the time I first saw Charlotte on Britain's Got Talent I thought what an exquisite combination of talent, beauty, poise and class. Jonathan was obviously very fragile and Charlotte was the rock! I think that they are both very talented, I am so glad she has done so well, she is completely lovely and a force in her own right. People talk about who owes what to whom and I think that the most important thing is that they did what they did and then grew into who they are. He would never have done that without her and she would never followed this particular path without him sticking by her and it doesn't matter because they are who they are and they are both so talented.

What a beautiful and delightful young lady! I had the fortune of living in Essex in the mid-1960's and loved it there, even married a beautiful girl from Finchingfield, one of the most picturesque villages in England. My three children were born in Chelmsford. Charlotte and Jonathan are amazing and I'll never forget their moment on BGT's stage, the surprise of all surprises...I thought it was a beautiful moment and so happy for their success.

She stood up to Simon's cruel comments, Jonathan pretty much told Simon to Eff off because WE are staying together, and because of that one comment they both have moved on to great singing careers. God bless her for standing by Jonathan's side during their up and coming. God bless Jonathan for telling Simon to Eff off and that they were staying together because of that one line they both made it big time. I will give Simon a big big nod for round about admitting that he was totally wrong with these two. I would love to see these two get together for life, it is a shame to see them drifting separate ways.

After 2 albums and tour together SONY offered them each a Solo Contract. Charlotte's album was released first. After, she returned to Music Arts School and graduated. She now has a successful career in Musical Theatre, which was always her dream, and has performed in London's West End! Both are doing what they love.

Charlotte was much more generous regarding Jonathan than he was her and how they feel about their past career. There is an interview where he says he probably wouldn't consider working with her for 25 years or more. Sad to me .

Denice Sanders I’m thinking the split hurt him more than it hurt her? She was in a tough spot, being considered from the get go by the public as the comfort goat to the race stallion. Imagine the shitty comments she had to endure, I’m sure she had to tell Jonathan that this wasn’t the life she wanted and has to go her own way. And he hasn’t seemed as happy since. He must feel so alone.

@@goodnamestaken 2 number 1 solo albums ,traveling to give concerts all over the world. Now a new documentary on his life and 3rd album in th he works. Last time I saw him I watched him for 3 hours. If he wasn't smiling he was laughing. I can't imagine how unhappy he must be.

They are of quite different genres, training, musical goals. To his expert eye it was just a matter of time. And he was right. But they handled it well.

So had she not asked him he would not Even thought about going on any show because he was very shy & would not have put himself out there. The thing that helped him was when he did the show, he came out of his shyness because people liked him. So really she did him a favor more than he did for her. But they both did each other a good turn.

We do thank her for listening to her singing teacher’s advice and bringing Jonathon to the talent contest. charlotte admitted on video that she entered for herself to be auditioned. She rode along on Jonathan’s coat tails and would never have had the opportunities that she has had without Jonathon. The singing lessons from Pavarotti’s tutor and the tutors in France. All of this was because of Jonathon. It was clear to see when singing together that hers was strictly a business arrangement. Jonathon was smitten with her but was rebuffed. That was clear to see. I think she will get married and have kids and slip away from memory. Jonathon, on the other hand has THE VOICE and will grow rapidly in fame and fortune. Charlotte was very arrogant and I am glad Simon Cowell put her down in esteem..
