(I'm using a translator so if there's any mistake I'm sorry) Yes and no, there will be a 100 level pass (it ends on March 2) and at a certain level you can choose an epic skin of the theme apart from other rewards such as a random chest of legendary skin with role selection and this pass it costs you 1800wr So if you want ALL the skins you can go for the gacha, but honestly if you just want ev it's better to get the pass (obviously you have to level it up) along with all the extra rewards

Selena zenith is actually based on luck and many people get it on draws (not by 130 guarantee), I got vexana's zenith but my luck is gone because of that 😭​@@celcie
