I slept with this on last night and while I don’t remember seeing the person I was hoping to see (I don’t remember anything), I will say I had one of the greatest sleeps ever I felt all tingly My eyes began to feel heavy And then I fell peacefully asleep I just woke up and I feel great. 20/10 will use again! Edit: a day after listening to this I went to sleep (wasn’t listening to it at all) and I felt myself leave my body. I got scared and I went back to normal, but that same night I was sorta able to control it- like I was able to slightly leave my body, but I didn’t fully astral project It’s happened again every single night but I get too scared to go through with it. My body was tingling and then I felt lighter, and my ears were ringing

Awe puppy..I miss my dogs too...saw someone with a rottweiler puppy and asked what his name was..he said Zeke..I told him my dogs name was Dozier and he said that had been his pitbulls name but he was stolen 😢 I lost my dog in a divorce, but he went back to the breeder who had his sister waiting for him on some farm land in tennessee...I'm sure he is having a better life than I could have given him but he was a good doggo. I hope you run into someone who has a pup like the one you wish to dream about...that way maybe they let you give the dog some snuggles and you think about the one that's watching over you now.

@aless1821 The hooded olive green pyramid eye flew from my side to in front of me. Was very excited. I found it rude as it rushed in to look at my light closer. I head bunted it. It backed off and turned to its left nodding towards me. I was contacted that night in my subconcious. I awoke talking about healing. Second time, I felt 4 nerve jolts in my left leg, I was above looking down. Three white humanoids came straight up out of my shoulders. White, no features, black miniscus around their form.

I truly can not express what happened when I fell asleep to this, but I finally saw my grandfather who passed three years ago. I've been frustrated with myself in the past because all I wanted was to see him in a dream and hug him; and thats exactly what happened last night. Before I would know he's present in my dream, but I could never talk to him or touch him. Last night though, I could see him peeking at me from a corner and I ran to him and hugged him. I DREAMWALKED WITH THIS so it was odd. I entered my crushes dream after asking for permission and setting positive intent, when I entered his dream I could tell it wasn't mine like it was his I just subconsciously knew and I could just tell I guess? So I had full consciousness I guess? like I knew what I was doing and I knew I was dreaming, and I saw him in the dream and he was sitting at a table, waiting for me. I'm telling you I just knew okay lol. So I went up to him but the reason I knew it was his dream was because when I dream I have full control, and everything about the dream 'I knew' but when I saw him I was completely dumbfounded and knew nothing. He saw me and he said my name, and I went and sat down, kind of freaking out. He asked me how my day went and I started to talk about classes when he started moving closer. HE moved closer to me in HIS dream. So I was like :) whatcha doing and he started leaning in and I was like :0 no way, and he kissed me super gently and it felt super real, and I was like woah and the touch shocked me so much I woke up. THEN TODAY he came up to me and we hung out this morning, which was weird because we don't really talk or hangout anymore since we both don't have study hall anymore, but then at a band rehearsal later today he was like, can I try out your horn? and we played each others instruments and I DEFINETLY feel like he likes me .

I listened to this reminiscing about 8th grade through my freshman year of HS. I remember listening to Rooney's song "When did your heart go missing?" I had that song on repeat and didn't get much sleep that night. I can easily say that was my major 1st encounter of anxiety. I experienced a lot of anxiety and depression throughout those 2 times in my life. I also experienced a man abusing his power over me and a woman allowing him to. That was easily the start of a downward spiral for me. It started when I was much much younger, but that one time I remembered much more prominently. I also used to have these thoughts I would call "Blank Thoughts" I experienced the most inner darkness and depression. I'd never felt more alone in my entire life. I sadly watched a lot of people I would call my friends leave me to only come back many many many years later as if they forgot something.. all in all I've just slowly come to terms that I've been taking care for far too long.. Guys I’m not kidding, this thing work. It was like 1am and I was going to bed and I saw this video on recommendations and I said why not try it. I really thought it wasn’t gonna work. so I put on this video and while I was falling asleep I started thinking of my comfort character aka my crush. So I went to sleep and woke up a few times throughout the night, but the next morning i suddenly just woke up and I was like “there’s no way”. And yes I had dreamed of her, it was a long dream and it felt very real. I was getting married to her; at some points it felt so real bc I was rly worried abt treating her right so their parents would allow us. I’ve only become lucid one time and it was awesome, I ran and begun flying but unfortunately I lost control and just floated in the air, it was a short one but I can clearly remember the moment I achieved heightened awareness and told myself this was a dream. Next thing I know I astral projected to her in her room and I was cuddling w her while she slept. Crazy thing is somebody came in her room and said she needed her in my dream so she had to wake up and I left, ending my astral projection. But Then later on that day in real life she told me somebody had woke her up that morning because they needed her just like what happened in my dream. I could even describe the couch and blanket she was using perfectly.

Lost my first love in middle school but I wasn't using this to connect with him. I lucid dreamed myself as an adult (which I am) visiting my old middle school where we went to school together all 3 years. I specifically remember seeing him run back and forth from one class door to another and kept telling a close friend ours and she was saying she didn't see him and I need to get over myself because hes dead so I ran towards him to get his attention and grabbed hom to stopped him to which I found myself sobbing saying ."I thought you was dead" to which he replied "I'm not I'm still here" so I asked him "why did he fake his death" he said "I didn't, I just got tired of fighting to be here. I got tired of living." 😢 I haven't dreamed of him since before or after his death and I didn't expect this at all. He was in the flesh and it was crazy because I didn't even remember how he looked pre death or the sound of his voice but there he was right before me same voice, same looks and as mentioned thats not who i was trying to contact and this gave me closure i didnt know i needed and allowed me to see a person i didnt know i needed to see. Oddly enough I didn't wake up sad even tho I was crying in my lucid dream I was at peace. Thank you for this experience. ❤️‍🩹
