Met her when we were still kids during our mom’s theater shows (Tita Pinky). She introduced me with her Polly Pocket collections. Karel is nice person and thoughtful. I remember she gave me a power puff set of erasers sa rehearsals ng mga nanay namin medyo sikat na siya noon sa abs. We no longer in touch pero we almost had the same life. I’m also a single mom til now. And seeing your success story here gave me hope na maybe, someday someone will see me din kahit ganito situation ko..And I believe that God will hear my heart someday❤ Happy for you Karel❤ regards to your mom

She’s such a great interview. Very matter-of-fact ang kwento niya even with the saddest part of her life. Hindi siya nag-emote or humugot para lang masabing madrama ang buhay niya. didn't expect medjo same situation kami ni karyl. became a mom at 23 and at 25 a mom of 2 na. my relationship with their biological father didn't work out. so true sabi niya na baka wala nang mag accept or mag love sa mga single moms but didn't expect God gave me a man who loves me and my kids so much. now 5 yrs na kami and the love is getting stronger each day. Im a single mom of two bago ako pinakasalan ng ng naging asawa ko, ang prayers ko dati is "lord ok na ko na maging single mom forever, ang gsto ko lang mapaaral ko at mabigyan ng maayos na future yung dalawang anak ko, at kung para sakin ang pag aasawa, ibigay nyo sakin sana Lord ung mas mahal yung anak ko kesa sakin, kung hindi wag nalang Lord" and i think God must be up to something for me, eto na nga nabiyayaan ng asawang napaka responsable, selfless mag mahal,, at bonus pa na mabait na mother in law, minsan npapaisip ako, hindi ko alam kung ano nagawa ko mabuti to deserve it, pero sobrang grateful na blinessed kami ng mga anak ko ng kumpletong pamilya, at hindi lang yun tanggap kami ng walang pag aalinlangan, pag nanay ka kasi palagi mo pinipili kung ano ung mag papabuti sa anak mo :) Godbless us, praying sa mga single mom na kagaya ko, naway ibless din kayo ni God ng partner in life, at kung hindi man, praying na mas mapatatag pa kayo ni God :)
