IMHO, all these smurfs (like this case in your video) are the very reason why new and average players are quitting SW BF II. It's very frustrating, when you enter a match expecting to play against players of your skill level, and end up being obliterated by smurfs who played 500+ 1000+ 3000+ hours. It's terrrible and very "unkind" (to say the least) towards people who bought the game to actually enjoy it.
