Glad you did this (just for me) as I am past 80 and no longer able to thrift (physically). I have thrifted since I was a little girl. I loved refinishing and refurbishing and sold many pieces over the years. I also collected but would sell my collections because of my moving out of state at times. There is a great deal of joy and thrill in the “hunt”. Keep your enthusiasm and thanks again!❤

The candle stick sconces are crazy and I'm so jealous! The magazine rack is too good. Harryyyyyy! I want more more more! That paining he has of that beautiful woman was a major score. I totally agree about buying things then passing them on. I'm always buying little things, trying them in my space and if it doesn't work, I pass it to my friends or clients!

I had a smile on my face the entire time watching this. My favorite find of yours is the tortoise stool. I would put a plant on that and have it set where some natural light could fall upon it. My favorite find of Harry's is the painting of the elegant lady, and I really love the tiny little woven basket. I have a real thing for containers. I remember Harry's house from before and the room your'e in this time I have no words so maybe I'll just-gasp. Looking forward to the next thrifting adventure of Celia and Harry!
