Kinda reminds me of flint,MI I heard there siren test in 2017 and I heard 3 of them in attack and alert I was about 0.8 miles from one on cawkins rd and a mile from another one and they were loud

i have to ask: how come the sound gets louder after the sirens head has already turned away?

From 0.6 miles away there should be about a 3 second delay for the sound to travel the distance.
