This was an amazing rendition of this iconic song! Could you consider doing the closing ceremony’s song “Sous le ciel de Paris/Under Paris skies”, sung by Zaho Sagazan during the ceremony, and which was written by Hubert Giraud (music) and Jean Dréjac (lyrics)? It was also later sung and made very popular by Édith Piaf.

Strange how it seems, I've never heard this song before (and I've heard plenty of French chansons). Imagine how powerful it was to hear it for the the first time as the final act of an Olympic Opening Ceremony, sung as comeback by Celine Dion on the freaking Eiffel tower. That's triple champion level! Listened to the original Piaff version, but Celine's is better. It squeezes every drop of emotion out. So very disarming. A pity that it wasn't translated and subtitled live for the rest of the world. Because those words cut straight through your soul! Maybe the best love song ever written. And I love your piano version! It's is precisely perfect with those lovely little delays. Great job!!!

Hey Katherine. Thanks for arranging this nicely on the piano! Upon playing it I noticed a wrong chord - so on bar 6 and 14, first chord in both cases, you have C-E-G-C when it should be C-F-A-C as you are resolving this back into a F major chord with C as base. It sounds super weird to have a C major chord there, plus you are playing A on your left which aligns with the F major chord. This same wrong chord happens at least twice more in your arrangement but then towards the end you get it right :) Also on bar 8, first note, you resolve Db into a F when it should be the neighboring C. This one is definitely a matter of taste though hah! Thanks again!
