Ah, materialism! While I don’t doubt there are super materialistic people like this out there, still, I’m curious-do you mean to say that if you were afflicted with a debilitating, little-known neurological disorder like Celine has (or maybe MS, Parkinson’s, or any disease), you’d be a totally nonchalant with everything AS LONG AS your net worth was “$800m”? Really? I mean I guess that’s the mindset of a yogi or a sage, you know? Mind over matter. But you’re saying money can make a potentially lethal condition bearable? Maybe for a split-second until the reality sets-in, yet again! So the pain, numbness, immobility, and the depression from that. Then the inevitable anxiety & guilt Celine is feeling for not being able to perform, and having to cancel future tour plans (and refund fans for tickets already bought)? I guess to each their own! 👍🏽 $$$ And um… Of course she’s lived “3x the life we will”; she’s a global performer and a star. Has been for decades now. Sold out tours. Vegas residency for a looong time. That’s a given she’s had a full life. But she’s sick… so, regardless, anyone who travels for a living and networks with THAT amount of people, and spreads their gift/art around the globe is naturally going to have a far richer life than the average Joe. But there’s a caveat: Disease and death don’t discriminate, no matter your income, net worth or career choices. I mean, you do you! Money can make things easier maybe but it’s not gonna change your mental state and def not your physical state. Ok, maybe figuratively? You can maybe research and pay for the best doctors, but if there’s no cure, you’re still gonna be left with yourself and your millions.

Two absolute legends! I was lucky enough to see both of them in concert here in NZ. Michael left this world much too soon but his fantastic talent will live on forever in his music. We just missed Celine Dion in Las Vegas by a few days when we visited there but managed to see her back home in NZ on her last tour here. I cried tears yesterday when I saw her son hold her at his wedding for what I presumed would have been the parent’s dance. She deserved to live a full life of joy after all the joy she brought to the world with her singing, not the cruel ailment that she is afflicted with now. God bless you Celine and Michael.🙏🏻❤️

No one returned tickets (although there was such an opportunity), the concert was not canceled, and all possible artists performed, but of course it was miserable without the star Michael.

I still can't get over it even though Celine has been dead for 2 years. We were in Las Vegas when Celine's nephew called to say Celine was dead. The media, the family have signed a silence clause about Celine's death until property matters, royalties, etc. are settled. This process is over, I have not signed the clause and will not remain silent. A disgusting lying story about a disease that never was, using technology that pretends to be Celine.
