My husband's family, sadly, has been cruel to me due to my hubby who's 22 yrs older. We just hit our 21st anniversary & I gave up having children to marry him. He was such a wonderful man I thought I'd be honored to be married to him for even 10 years! I know what Celine (personally) gave up to marry someone much older, but I also understand how true their love was! It is very hard to see your precious husband declining! The 1st years are wonderful! These older men are true gentlemen, which younger men are not. They treat you like a "lady." But, oh, when age hits later (my hubby's now 83 & I'm 59 & I just lost both of my parents to different dementias this past year!) it breaks your heart, no matter how much you love your precious husband. Love is love - no matter what the age! As adults, we shouldn't judge when different ages marry. Who are we to judge their love? Lord bless Celine! Thankfully she has his children. I will end up alone & it breaks my heart!

@@k.r.1069 I understand how much you love him, but it is a blessing that you do not have children with your older husband. It is totally emberassinğ for children who have older parents. My father was 33 years older than my mom. He could not understand us. He could not play with us. IHe had set his own ways. My mom was like a nurse to him. It was totally lack of love and normal family life!!!! Noone has a right to have children when one reaches certain age.

Iv always been oddly fascinated with their relationship..🧐🧐 Sometimes I think he gr00med her but at the same time, I feel like there are those unique circumstances.. so long as he actually waited until she was of age.. Regardless, I do not agree that it was appropriate.. However, there's no doubt that they were madly in love, happy and clearly dedicated to each other. They had a strong loyalty and their relationship lasted until the very end. There were no rumors of affairs or mistreatment (that I've heard of) in their marriage either. Their love was a rarity, especially in Hollyweird I'll give um that, hands down!!!
