I love Celine because it is a brand that "when you know, you know". Where I live no one carries Celine. It's still super understated luxury. Very classy!

Right!! I feel like Celine rides the line of “quiet luxury” while also being more recognizable than other brands. It’s not as in your face as LV or Gucci. I mean this one literally says “Celine” on it but still 🤣

I loved the black one but ultimately i came down to the same conclusion that you did. The canvas is a risk that I’m just not willing to take haha. Maybe if I buy a sister for it, the black would be my second choice. I’ve also heard the handles on the coated canvas version is waterproof? Hope it is! Again, I’m not willing to test out that theory. 🙃

I love watching hauls. To be honest, I don't buy a lot of designer items. I recently purchased Givenchy Combat Boots and Balenicaga Speed Trainers. I purchased a Louis Vuitton wallet years and years ago which end up peeling and cracking. Are these designer bags worth the price? I'm already nervous about wearing my Givenchy Boots afraid the quality may not be there like many designer rant hauls I've watched.

Thank you for the comment ❤️ to be honest, it’s all relative worth. They are only worth it if we deem so. In my opinion this bag is worth the price as I get a lot of wear out of it and it wasn’t like crazy expensive. Some bags aren’t worth it tho depending on lifestyle and also the reason you like the item, would you be able to wear it everyday? Would it work well with the things you already have? Etc! In terms of shoes, I usually think they’re worth it, but I do agree quality has become an issue

@@anthorpology You're absolutely right. I do deem my Givenchy Combat boots worth it. Anything in the $300-$700 looks basic. Nothing can compare to boots in the $1k range. A friend even said how striking my boots look. I would never get that compliment with a non-designer brand. Plus, I love the look of them,regardless. @@anthorpology THANK YOU SO MUCH. Just some back story. I actually purchased 2 combat boots. I couldn't decide between these and one by Marsell. Yesterday, I returned the one by Marsell. I realized due to the pandemic, I won't really get to wear both. I'm in California and we're on serious lock down with every place being closed. Besides, I'm seeing new style come in, so I decided to keep these and maybe buy a different pair later this year, one with laces.
