I watch a video about Celine Dion's grief because of her loss (husband and brother) and really had a hard time to move on. Ryan Reynolds (who also lost his father) wrote her a long letter of encouragement and personally requested her to sing the Deadpool 2 themesong despite the presence of "millennial-friendly" singers out there. It was Ryan Reynolds who helped Celine move on. How sweet it was for him to write her a letter, knowing somewhat of what she was going through, because he recently lost his dad. Losing a person you love so much, just kills you. Some people are stronger than others and can deal with it better. But the love Celine and Rene had was so powerful, she feels so much, that's why she lost so much weight. And Ryan was the only one who helped her, he got through to her with his letter. What a beautiful thing for him to do.

Was listening to this song for several years,but only now realised some interesting and very emotional co-insidence. In Deadpool movie this song is pretty much a tribute to Wade's beloved woman who was killed. And this song was sung(may be even written as well) by Celine-who's beloved husband has died.
