Last question ka explanation galat diya hai aapne..usko ek baar check kr lijiye please.... Late Anaphase me Cdh1 ka activation hoga then ye APC ko join karega kyoki ye APC ka adapter protein...substrate selection kareyega...jaise ye complex established hota..ye cyclin A aur B dono ka destruction kr dete hai..... *Securin to ek inhibitory protein hai...separase ko inactive rkhta hai....Anaphase start hote hi inka APC/C cdc20 inka destruction kra dete ubiquitination krke...cdc20 securin ko recognize krte hai then APC/C inka ubiquitonation krta hai aur 26S proteosome destruction kr dete hai....separase free hoga then aage ka process start ho jaayega.....
