Dear Michael, This is in appreciation of people behind VDO Ninja and You. I have recently started doing livestream of my Xbox games as part of fighting the anxiety and long term stress of lockdown and covid and in general about everything that's around. I don't have a high end PC or equipment to use, so I used my Surface Pro 2017 (i5, 8gb) with OBS Studio and a cheap USB Capture Card. It's a good enough for most things. After streaming my gameplay with no audio and facecam for a while, I decided to try voiceover and facecam. To my horror, the stream went extremely choppy as soon as I enabled the built-in webcam of Surface Pro. Despite having a 150mbps fiber connection, the KZbin stream kept showing Poor streaming quality. I tried all sorts of settings, even tried at 720p60, 1080p30, 720p30 but nothing worked. Then I stumbled upon your tutorial about VDO Ninja, so I thought I'd give it a try. I used it on a Test stream, and to my surprise, no more leggy stream!!! I still have to iron out a few things before I do my first public stream, but I'm quite hopeful for the results. the developer is on discord and really worked hard to make it better. depending what you do you do need a good cpu

I have done this with 2 phones and the PICTURE is better than my Logitech C920 webcam, but because it's via an internet connection, the phones are both SLOW. Any way to fix this?

I use Droidcam OBS plugin, it works great and over WiFi or USB, I use it through USB so my phone is charged and my bandwidth not affected, I ended up paying for the pro version just to give the developer some support

Interesting. Had problems getting it working thought it was OBS problem but when I tried it just through Web browsers on desktop and phone I had the same problem. Turned out to be a dodgy WiFi connection. It's a bit laggy so I'd rather opt for a local wifi connection option, more secure also.

Love all your Video's but a little confused. I am just starting to put things together. You have so many plug ins , many are included in OBS. How do you keep track of all your plug ins? OBS has droidcam that I use so what is the big difference using THIS plug in besides having another sponsor ?

I use a Samsung a21s for 6 months now and it's great for streaming with a greenscreen. much better than the logitech C922 Pro I have. Streaming in 1080p.

I have been using Ninja with Iphone 13 Max Pro for some time and I keep losing camera connection after approx 30 minutes into the stream. Does anyone know what could be the reason? I have a good wifi connection and my stream is stable. It is just that Ninja camera capture goes dark and I lose the camera video on steam. =(
