Cell Terminal Update & Flexible Bus Bars

I would prefer the studs(posts) to be approx 1.5 times longer. With the quality of the cells that you can now purchase from SFK, it means you can have a lot more confidence in 2P16S set ups. If using some flat stock copper bus bars, at twice the thickness of the ones provided, plus potentially a second connection for series link up, a slightly longer post offers much greater degree of flexibility. I realise the longer post might offer more strain on the weld, but that is a big hex nut at the bottom of that post. Just a thought.

Let us know your ideas, we can use a longer stud and press fit it in I think it can be up to 30mm long (1.2 inch), but this would need to be a special order.
