Well according to Tv Tropes this ranks at a level 10 on the Mohs scale of Rock to Metal hardness which is VERY inaccessible (which suited Most Wanted darker tone from Underground 2) and since most modern racing games try to be accessible save for the odd realistic simulator, it's sadly pretty unlikely that we'll see something this hardcore in a racing game. Even GTA doesn't have stuff like this in it!

Again very loose similarity, but feel free to check out Red Razor Wrists by Upon a Burning Body, maybe Crushed or Dying to Believe by Parkway Drive and You Can't Stop Me by Suicide Silence. They have this sort of rappy metalcory feel if that makes sense. Not to say Celldweller is either, but the part around 0:33 sort of has that vibe imho.
