@@NickQuarfordTf are you talking about, Celldweller already “sold out” years ago doing Dead Rising 2, Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel and Need For Speed: Underground. And it’s not selling out, it’s gaining money and publicity for the use of your songs, selling out is when you sacrifice the soul of your band and in turn ruining your music, or going back on the true message of your music, Celldweller doing Cyberpunk 2077 wouldn’t have done that. Let me guess, you don’t like things that are popular and mainstream.

Lyrics (corrected by Dmitri Leontev): At the edge of the hellfire It's the end of an empire In the line of the gunfire It's the end of an empire Again, again, again It's the end of an empire A start, an end, a rise and fall No system eternal and no one immortal Creation all must end in destruction We cannot change the fate of civilization Start, end We build up the symbols of power Rise, fall Constructs of a mortal mind Life span Conquer in our brightest hour Mortal But then we all must fall in time Through space and time We can't escape this paradigm At the edge of the hellfire It's the end of an empire In the line of the gunfire It's the end of an empire Again, again It's the end of an empire Time, love Kingdoms, each of us reigning Dreams, death Over the realms of our hearts and minds Space, mind Conscious that death is awaiting Sea, pit But even death will end in time Through space and time We can't escape this paradigm At the edge of the hellfire It's the end of an empire In the line of the gunfire It's the end of an empire Again, again It's the end of an empire In the death of a desire It's the end of an empire At the close of a lifetime It's the end of an empire At the edge of the hellfire It's the end of an empire In the line of the gunfire It's the end of an empire Again, again, again, again It's the end of an empire Again It's the end of an empire We're falling into the unknown Another ending that's beginning to unfold We're falling into the unknown (it's the end) Another ending that's beginning to unfold It's the end of an empire We're falling into the unknown (it's the end) Another ending that's beginning to unfold It's the end We're falling into the unknown (it's the end) Another ending that's beginning to unfold It's the end of an empire It's the end of an empire

Thank you so much Klayton for creating this song, it is indeed the end of an empire. Although it’s kind of sad that this song reminds me of a game of mmorpg (like RF online) that I used to play with my friends a long time ago. Sadly, our game services didn’t properly reach their agreements with the server moderators and closed our favorite game. So we had to say our last goodbyes and close our game. But it was good to have an experience full of great memories and nostalgia.

Celldweller is back. With a bang! This new track incorporates all the things I love about his music and also brings new elements to the table! I love how progressive it is! It's 7:30 minutes long and yet when I listen to it, it does not feel that long at all. I also like how there are different acts: a beginning, an interlude and an ending - helps in telling the story. It is a bit repetitive with all the "It's an end of an empire" lines, but, honestly, that doesn't really bother me at all. Overall, a great start of what would most definitely end up being a great concept album! Can't wait for the rest of the Chapter to release! Klayton will always do what he feels is right with his music and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Once upon a time, a sweet lovely woman named Wish Upon A Blackstar appeared. She was beautiful and graceful with sweet melodies that blended well and synths that could make a man drown in tears. Then before her appeared a gruff man named Celldweller (The Album). He was more rigged and based with drums and many riffs that felt sad and powerful, but he himself knew how to push through the pain and became great. They approached each other... fell in love... and had amazing wild sex. After nine months, this amazing child was born with both heavily well blended riffs and absolutely gorgeous synths. He was named... End of an Empire. Theeeeee end. ^^

Indeed , I found Brainchild Circle of dust in 1995 when I was an Xtian -28n years on and now a Coven Master in an Order of 9 angles ( one of many Satanist orders ) I still love his music . Allthough still get irritated by the reminders of how much of Melek T'aus's holy wyrd has been appropriated to create the vile Xtian lie employed by Emperor Constantine to cement Rome's power over the masses and perpetuated by the decieved . The gifts of Muse would see Klayton a demigod if accepted in mainsteam ,lol. Veni , omnipotens aeternae Diabolus! Agios o satanas.

Normally when a band I like releases a new album, I tend not to like it at first, sometimes it grows on me and sometimes not but this is fantastic right from the first time hearing it. I think this album will be absolutely fantastic. :)

Its not even a band, its one guy.

qwertyqwrtyqwertyuio I know that but I can't really think of a better word to use. I was referring to other bands anyway. Also, Celldweller is kinda like a one man band.

Klayton is one wicked bastard... :D There are parts of song where he divided 1st voice with 1st guitar and 2nd voice with 2nd guitar into separated stereo channels.
