Hi Shayan, Thank you for your videos. I had only a limited time (less than 5 days) to prepare for CELPIP. Had covered the 7 day crash course playlist, the speaking (two part video) and the writing video. And I was able to score 9 each in all the 4 sections. The questions were all similar to the ones mentioned in the 7 day playlist. So it was easy. And was able to get a good score with limited preparation. Thanks for all the help. You rock !!!

I used this 7 day crash course to prepare 2 weeks to my test and passed my test. Reading: 6 , listening :9, writing: 10, speaking 11. Average score 9. I needed only 4 across board. Thanks @hzad

Hi Shayan, Hope you are doing well. I am living in Australia for 12 years now and recently decided to migrate one more time and this time to Canada!! As you can guess, the first step is a Language test. I've decided to go for the CELPIP test and your KZbin videos were one of the first things I found on KZbin, after a few minutes of listening to your first video I decided to listen to your 7 days crash course! and that was it !! That was the only source I used (I purchased your 50$ course as well, but didn't use it as didn't have time) to learn Celpip for one week. Last week I did the test and got 8 on Listening, Writing, and Speaking and 12 on Reading. (More than I needed!) I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your great (and free) course, it's great and almost all anyone needs (if they are good at English) to practice to get the score in CELPIP. I did IELTS from IDP thrice and i did not score that well. I am not sure what exactly IDP does and how they operate. I was well prepared but could not score as per my expectations. Same happened with my wife too. She gave twice but she was dissappinted. Now she is super confused as to why IDP is like this where we scored exactly same all three times. Quite strange. Now i am giving Celpip so need your full help.

I think the exam allows you to go 20% above or below the expected word count without being penalized. I learned that from another CELPIP tutor here on KZbin

@@NavjotKaur-kp2du You are welcome! And no, I haven't done the exam but I plan to pretty soon. People say both exams are of similar difficulty levels, just that you are doing your speaking session with an actual examiner in IELTS versus speaking into a recorder during CELPIP.

About the survey, Task 2, when there is an idea and asks about your agreement/disagreement, how should I list the 2 points for each idea? I can understand the 2 points about a shopping mall versus a forest, but for agree/disagree I am not able to brainstorm 2 points for each. Please look at the example below: A recent study shows that children learn best by observing the behavior of adults and copying it. However, critics of this study argue that children are born with natural intelligence and develop their own habits instead of copying from others. Write 150-200 words saying whether you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. Option A: Agree Option B: Disagree Please help me with this. Thanks
