Hi, Mark. I think the answer for your homework is "happy". Because I could imply that if someone is over the moon, he or she is so in high energy that they feel like they can fly to the moon by themselves. When I checked the definition on google, I also found out that when someone is over the moon, it can explain that someone is "delighted", "pleased", or "thrilled". So "happy" would be the word with the most similar meaning with those words. I really enjoy watching your video preparing for my celpip exam. Especially, it really helps me with practicing how to take it easy and simple as it is! My problem was always that I take everything so complicated unnecessarily. I guess it was caused by such a tension or nervousness that I get from the test itself. Thank you so much for giving people like me such a confidence and hope that we can do it!
