@@shazshaz3142 I advise you to do note taking while listening. Lots of information are given for these task. And sometimes, the least information you skipped to write is included in the question too. Should I just drop here the notes?

If your exam is tomorrow then you must rest your mind a day before the exam. It will help you calm down and avoid being tired and simply ready to hear the talk.
