I don't think the reason about country financial cris is a good reason, or what the tax for . This is the reason why government ask for tax, but not the reason why rich people paid more.

In my opinion, who should be the higher earner pay much taxes than the lower earner. Government thought for the equal paying taxes could understandable for them. We dont worrying about it is because could be use in many aspect in our country. First, would be going for contractions of highway it nececity for us if we have good roads its easy to incourage investor and lots peaple helping to have more jobs to come. Secondly, goes to medical aspects, ite given to the poorest people in town avail free medication and Lastly education, lots of less fortuneit who need to study because it apportunity to grow and learn. You should review basix grammar concepts and getting a 5 should not be a problem. In writing, make sure you don't make a lot of spelling mistakes. Make use of the spell checker.
