Celsius to Fahrenheit Conversion | The Easy Way

In this video, I will show you how to convert between Celsius and Fahrenheit. These are just units of temperature that we use everyday. Around the world, people use the Celsius scale, while the United States uses the Fahrenheit scale. That is why it is super important to know how to convert between these temperature so you will know how hot or cold it is when you travel to a different country.
To convert between Celsius and Fahrenheit, you use this formula: F = 1.8C + 32. F is Fahrenheit, obviously, and C is Celsius. To convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit, you plug the number into C, and then solve for F. Pretty straightforward, eh?
How about converting from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Similarly, you plug the number F into the equation, and then solve for C.
Make sure you subtract both sides by 32 first, then divide both sides by 1.8. It is good practice that you isolate the variable you're looking for on one side of the equation.

@@Methmaker I understand you perfectly! If you want to find the fahrenheit, then the equation is f=1.8c+32. So you have f alone on one side of the equation (by itself). If you want to solve for Celsius, you gotta get C alone on one side of the equation. f=1.8c+32 We can subtract both sides by 32 f - 32 = 1.8c We're almost done now. We just need to get rid of 1.8. The way to do that is to divide both sides by 1.8 (f - 32)/1.8 = 1.8C / 1.8 This gives you: C = (f - 32)/1.8 The reason why you have to add the () is because (f - 32)/1.8 is not the same as f - 32/1.8. Yes, but if... F=C*1.8+32 Then why isn't C=F/1.8-32 How the fuck is it C=(F-32)/1.8 ?? Shouldn't they be inversely proportionate? Why are they two different formulas? F=C*1.8+32 C=(F-32)/1.8 The order of operations is not being observed here and it bothers me.

Ok, first things first: F = 1.8C + 32 Minus 32 on both sides F - 32 = 1.8C Divide 1.8 on both sides of the equation (F-32)/1.8 = C It cannot be C=F/1.8-32. You could ask your teacher for confirmation, but I'm solid-sure. Also, it helps if you write it out on paper. Besides, I already checked my answers with various sources before uploading my vids.

Please show smart way not hard way which make kids don't want to learn. To convert "Celsius to Fahrenheit", never use multiple and divide, only use plus and minus; To convert "Fahrenheit to Celsius", only use plus and minus and divided by 9, not multiple.
