SUMMARY:
This conference details the history of the myth of King Arthur, attributing a mythical connotation to real or imaginary historical events, exalting the philosophical bias that mythology and symbology can bring us. From a philosophical point of view, the meaning of this myth refers to man's incessant search for the spiritual IDEAL, evidenced by the difficulty in accessing the sword (EXCALIBUR).
Through symbols, myths materialize and become timeless, representing the stages through which man passes to reach the spiritual level, these stages being unalterable over time.
They correspond to the practical transformations that occur in the lives of men, who constantly reformulate their consciousness in processes of transmutation tending to purification and liberation from the ties of material life.
