To update this you need ZERO incision.. Super Caps instead now!!.. (Cantilevered FULL CAST Crowns) paste that to your dental TEAMs $$$$.$$

What about the holes above the screws?

The access hole is sealed with any composite resin you work. This the principle of screw retained crowns and bridges.

Which cement can you use for this application?

Hi Patrick, You can use each commercial available cement which is released to bond the chosen restorative material to a titanium base. We´ve tested Ivoclar Multilink® Hybride, Kuraray Panavia™ V5, Bredent® DTK Kleber, Coltene SoloCem® and 3M Rely-X™ Unicem. Does this help?

Straumann Thank you,we usually use Alphalink from Schütz,but I will try another cement also.
