Centaurus Mall is one of the largest shopping centres in Islamabad, Pakistan. There are over 250 shops, a cinema complex, a play area and a food court. at the mall you will find many international brands including Adidas, Nike, Converse, Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss. There are many Pakistani national brands such as J.(Jay dot) , Khaadi and Sapphire to name a few.
Two facilities that I found most useful were: the large Al Fatah supermarket on the ground floor, which has a great variety of food, drinks, snacks, toiletries, household items and toys as well as the money exchange which is open for regular hours. I felt safe exchanging my money here and please remember to take your passport or Pakistani NICOP card with you if you want to do money exchange.
We used the In Drive app (Pakistani equivalent of Uber) to get around which was excellent because you are given a price for the trip before you book and it is important to know that they only take cash in Rupees.
